Cattle Committee

Chair:	Dr. Karen Jordan, Dairy Farmers of America, Inc.
Vice Chair:	Mr. Jon Johnson, Texas Farm Bureau Federation
Mission:	The committee objectives are to facilitate the development and implementation of programs to control and eradicate beef and dairy cattle diseases and programs to assure the wholesomeness of food products derived from milk and beef.

By action of the NIAA Board of Directors, the Brucellosis Eradication Task Force was dissolved effective at the end of 2005. Subsequently, all related activities and positions have been placed under the guidance of the NIAA Cattle Species Committee.
