Each individual will be responsible for making their own reservations. A block of rooms are reserved at a special nightly rate of $179 for single and double occupancy until October 5. Reservations can be made online or by calling 1-800-341-7949 and ask for the Group Code "NAA". When making reservations, verify the rate and advise the reservations agent that you are with the National Institute for Animal Agriculture (NIAA) Symposium.
NIAA Board of Directors will need to make their reservations through Scharee Atchison, 719-538-8843 x 10. |

Participation in NIAA programs and events is open to all persons regardless of their race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, religion or political beliefs. NIAA programs and events provide a forum for open discussion of differing viewpoints affecting agriculture. However, NIAA's Board of Directors reserves the right to deny admission or participation in NIAA programs and events when, in its sole discretion, it determines that an individual's participation in the program or event will be unduly disruptive or contrary to the mission and goals of the NIAA. |

Cancellations and Refunds
NIAA will refund registration fees, less a $75 administration charge, prior to October 7. No refunds will be honored after that time. Substitutions are welcome. |
