National Institute for Animal Agriculture Annual Meeting Thursday Symposium

SACRAMENTO, CA—The National Institute for Animal Agriculture annual meeting in Sacramento this week featured a symposium titled “Impacts of Animal Production Safety Practices on the Food Supply.”

Dr.Robert Brackett, FDA, Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition
      NOTE -
Dr. Brackett was scheduled to discuss Agriculture and Environmental Implications of E.coli at the NIAA Symposiums.  However, due to a family emergency, Dr. Brackett was unable to attend the symposium, but graciously agreed to allow an interview with him to be distributed to the media on this important topic.
